Grand Mission – Frequently Asked Questions

Grand Mission is a global adventure platform where players compete in real-world and virtual
treasure hunts to win real cash prizes. Solve a series of clues, crack the final mission, and claim your reward.
- Choose a Mission (Virtual or Real-World).
- Solve the 6 clues provided during the Mission.
- Submit the final answer.
- The first and the last 10th players to submit the correct final answer win the prize.
- Virtual Missions:
Played entirely online. Players explore satellite maps like Google Earth to find clues and
answers. - Real-World Missions:
Require players to physically travel to locations within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario.
Each Mission clearly shows if it is Virtual or Real-World before you join.
Infinite Missions:
Open to unlimited players until the Mission closes.
Infinite Missions:
Open to unlimited players until the Mission closes.
Limited Series Missions:
Restricted to a limited number of players (e.g., 50 or 75 players maximum), labeled with a
Series Number
(e.g., Series 1, Series 2).
Limited Series games are first-come, first-served and will close when full.
Entry fees vary depending on the Mission and prize pool. Each Mission’s entry fee is clearly
listed on its page before you register.
Yes. All prizes are fully pre-funded and guaranteed by Grand Mission before the Mission begins.
Each player is allowed up to three (3) incorrect attempts per clue. If you exceed three incorrect
attempts, your gameplay will be frozen for forty-five (45) minutes before you can try again.
Every time you complete a Mission, you level up. Advancing through levels can earn you
rewards, including:
- Time Blockers (which allow you to skip freeze times),
- One free Mission entry after reaching Level 10.
Levels must be earned by fully completing Missions.
Once earned, a Time Blocker will automatically activate the next time you face a freeze penalty,
allowing you to continue without waiting.
Winners will be contacted via the email address used at registration. You must claim your prize
within 30 days by following the instructions provided. Identification may be required for verification
Refunds are only available if:
- A Mission is cancelled by Grand Mission, or
- A Mission does not reach the required minimum number of players.
Otherwise, once you join a Mission, entry fees are non-refundable.
No. Grand Mission is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or any other
mapping platform. Players may independently choose to use publicly available tools like Google Earth to
assist in solving Virtual Missions.
Yes. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers like Stripe.
PayPal, and others. Grand Mission does not store your credit card information.
You can still participate in Virtual Missions from anywhere in the world. However, Real-World
Missions are limited to players who can physically reach locations in Toronto and the GTA
